Free Support for Part-Time Developers and Hobbyists
REAL Software provides web-based technical support for any REALbasic Professional Edition user or REAL SQL Server user with a current update plan. These support issues typically have a 3 business day turnaround.
REALbasic Personal Edition users are supported via the REAL Software Forums.
Priority Support Options for Professional Developers
If you depend on REALbasic and/or REAL SQL Server to make your living, you need your support issues to be top priority when you contact us. That's why we created the Priority Support Program.
The three Professional Priority Support levels are:
Personal Priority Support
This plan is designed for individual developers. Members at the Personal level get their technical support issues handled before users without a support plan usually with a one to two business day turnaround. Members can also talk by phone with our technical support department for faster resolution of technical issues.
Cost: $500 per year
Team Priority Support
This plan is best for organizations with two to three developers. Members at the Team level get their technical support issues handled before members at the Personal level usually with same business day turnaround. Members can talk by phone with our technical support department for faster resolution of technical issues. At this level, you may designate up to three individuals in your organization as your points of contact with our technical support team.
Cost: $1000 per year
Premier Priority Support
This plan is designed for organizations that require the highest level of support. Premier Priority Support members receive the highest priority when it comes to technical issues. When a Premier Priority Support member encounters a show-stopping bug, their bug is given the highest level on our priority list. Additionally, Premier Priorty Support members receive a monthly call from our Founder and CEO, Geoff Perlman to discuss both our strategic and technical direction. At this level, you may designate up to five individuals within your organization as points of contact with our technical support team.
Cost: $3,000 per year.
Consulting Referrals Program
Developers who provide REALbasic and REAL SQL Server consulting services will find new business opportunities from consulting leads available only to Consulting Referrals Program members. Over the past two years the average lead flow from this program has been eight new consulting leads per month. Many Consulting Referrals Program members find that the first job they get more than pays for the yearly cost of the program. You do NOT have to purchase a Priority or Premier Support Membership to join the Consulting Referrals Program.
